Updated: Customer service reached out to me and sent a new foam pad. Albeit 2 years later, I appreciate this professionalism and customer care. Pad is compact yet comfortable. I ordered this and just opened it today for our trip. It isn’t anything like the photo. No pillow and no textured top and it’s dirty! I ordered it well in advance of a trip but unfortunately just opened it today. Anyway to return this item!?
