we like the cameras and the clarity.. We installed 3 cameras inside and 3 outside of our home. Easy set up, BUT we wanted a system that both my husband and i could arm and disarm, since often we are on different schedules. The system is not allowing us to have both our phones set to the system. We emailed (since you get no phone numbers to call for assistance) almost 2 days ago asking how to connect 2 phones with the app and have not gotten a response. This is a real pain when I come home, have to text my husband to shut it off. Very disappointed with the customer service, or should i say no support.
