I bought these for my RLS and they help a lot. They're also very good for wearing to work (fast paced healthcare). I bought them because they're a much better value than then 1 pair packs from copper fit. If I need more compression socks, these will be my go to. I wear a women's 7 and the small/medium fit perfectly. Not really a complaint but the card in the pack redeemable for a free pair was expired. A little bit of a let down but it doesn't change how great these socks are.
