I didn't see very many posts on here about cats, so I thought I'd write about the results with my little guy. My cat came with a slew of medical issues when I adopted him. I had been looking everywhere for a product that would work for him. He has severe food allergies and a highly sensitive stomach. Along with that he has inflamed gums and pre-periodontal disease, which he will have medical procedures for in several months. I had noticed his gums were bright red and inflamed after he started dropping his food while eating, and his breath was becoming very bad. So I started looking for a product that would help. I kept being directed to scented toothpaste, but I had read that that can make their breath worse so I kept searching for tasteless and ordorless toothpaste until I found this. I was thrilled that after two days his breath is completely fresh and that he hasn't thrown up at all since using it, which was a big concern since his stomach is so sensitive. His gums are almost completely pink again after week of 1-3 applications per day. I am using Q-tips to apply the gel on his gums since the cat toothbrushes I bought were making his gums bleed. For the first two days his stool did get a little softer than usual, but has since gone back to normal. I'm very happy with this product and I think my cat is too. He has perked up so much since starting the applications and he is so much more playful than he has been recently. I look forward to using other products from this company. Thank you :)
