This laundry detergent has great fresh non-overpowering smell. I don't have a high efficiency washer currently so I figured out that for a large load of towels or what not (which most of mine are) I need about 5 pumps. I do at least 2 large loads of laundry every day - 7 days a week since we have a big family and 2 of these containers last me over a month so I definitely think they are a good value and I'm happy cause I know they are not toxic to my family. Also, I am really picky about laundry detergent because it has to be really good at getting the stains out and these are. I have all boys- stains come with the territory. I have yet to find a stain I can't get out with this and the pretreater. I pretreat bad stains for 5 minutes and throw it in the washer. All stains come out no problem. Your regular everyday stains - I don't even bother pre treating and they come right out with the detergent.
