I have never in my life written an amazon review but I feel it’s my civic duty to tell all the pregnant women out there about these ice socks. If your feet swell up like mine (9 months pregnant in mid July) these socks will become the best part of your day. I do remove the bottom long ice pack and wrap it around my ankle at the top of the sock (I just stuff it in there directly on my skin) and leave them on until they’re no longer cold. These pics are proof of how great these have worked for me! Hope this is helpful!
