Great Product with Many Uses. Well Worth the Money!
This is my first five star review!! for the longest time I thought I couldn't give a five star review because nothing can be perfect. Then I noticed five stars isn't perfect. Five stars tells the reader I love the product. And this one certainly checks all the right boxes.
I find so many uses for this cheese from sprinkling (you will need something with a shaker top) it on steamed broccoli to making my own "Kraft Mac N Cheese" at home.
Here are a couple recipe I think you will enjoy.
Here is a quick "smartfood" popcorn:
Pop some popping corn. I use coconut oil in a pot over my induction cook-top. First add some coconut oil to a pot (the heat will burn off the coconut smell leaving you with the old fashioned movie theater popcorn smell) get the oil hot the add 3 or 4 kernels popping corn to the pot.
Once the kernels pop the oil is ready. Now add the rest of the kernels to the oil. Cover and when popping begins shake the pot back and forth on the burner. When the popping slows to a pop every few seconds its ready to be transferred to a larger bowl.
At this point you can add salt to taste. I like pickling salt because it's the same as movie theater salt only much less expensive.
Now sprinkle a tablespoon of White Cheddar Cheese Powder over the popcorn and toss. Repeat to taste.
On to something just like boxed Mac-n-Cheese. Kids love it!
I took the packet of cheese out of the box of Mac-n-Cheese and weighed it. Turns out it was about 44 grams. Measure 44 grams of White Cheddar Cheese Powder. Make the noodles (elbows) drain add some butter, mild and the 44 grams of White Cheddar Cheese Powder to the noodles along with salt to taste. There you have it. Mac-n-Cheese the kids will love.
I hope this review was helpful.
