I am very picky and very particular with screen protectors. I always apply them myself and I never trust anyone to do it to my satisfaction for me (I learned long ago that no one can). No bubbles are permitted and alignment must be nearly perfect. I also feel very strongly about my screen protector covering the WHOLE screen, such that I can actually USE my screen from any angle. You wouldn’t think this last point would be that big of a deal, but you’d be very surprised at how many distort the edges of the display because the glass protector doesn’t ACTUALLY go a beyond the edge. Despite my misgivings at having to switch brands (again!) because the previous one I’d used no longer sells, I cannot be more pleased. I could have cared less about the easy application process, focused more on the edges of the screen protector against the outer bounds of my display. I lined it all up before I even started, to make sure and found myself pleasantly surprised by the coverage. ‘All right,’ I thought, ‘I’ll give this one a go.’ Initially I considered that there was no way this application assist thing was going to work. I had a ritual after all, birthed from applying screen protectors for nearly everyone I know on a yearly basis. But since there isn’t any easy way to remove the screen from the alignment case, I gave it a try. And it worked. To my complete and utter surprise, it worked. The screen protector applied nearly dead-nuts centered, best I can tell and the edges appear to go just a hair beyond the display, albeit there’s still come prisming effect if you look on the phone at an angle just past what’s conventional. One of the pictures shows this, but it’s veey usable while many brands aren’t (I’ve tried many over the year). All things considered, I will consider this brand for the next phone a wandering friend may ask me to help out with.
