I work in a medical field, & have a friend who has had chronic neck pain for years. I bought one for her. This product is the ONLY product that actually targets the "trigger points" or main areas of pain! She was AMAZED at how well this worked-she now uses it every day. I used it when I visited her, for my shoulder issues (deltoid) & trigger-points also. This is a wonderful invention! Finally something that actually WORKS & can be "self-guided" pressure-wise over the entire back. I bought one also, for myself & now have to "wrestle" it from my brother, who has neck and shoulder issues! I believe this particular brand is the best one to buy-I will be testing that "theory" when I receive another one (I accidently bought as a gift, thinking it was the same brand-& was half the price-not a "InvoSpa). Powerful enough to penetrate larger muscle mass of men, but gentle enough for smaller women, like myself; although I prefer heavy-duty "trigger-point"-and this machine fits the bill 100%! This is definitely WORTH every penny!!!!
