I’ve been planning to post a review for the marrow, trachea, organs combo after a week or two so I can be comprehensive (I love them!j. This one however, the thymus, slightly blew my mind. I ordered it because I’ve been having some swallowing issues and my immune system crashed a couple of years ago due to a prolonged stressful situation. I’ve been working with a functional medicine doctor and while my thyroid and adrenals now look good, nothing was helping with the swallowing issue and my immune system is still not where I want it. Putting 2&2 together I began to wonder if I had an issue with my thymus. I’ve always taken a lot of supplements but lately they tend to stick in my throat and I struggle to get them to go down. I figured it was worth trying a bottle, ordered it, and it arrived in a day - today. I took 2 pills and planned to see how I feel in the morning. I settled in to watch “The Great British Baking Show” and within the hour I realized that I was breathing deeply and beautifully. It’s been terribly humid and raining daily in the mid-Atlantic and that always affects my sinuses from mold, and I get what I call swamp lung, which is eased enough to tolerate by taking large doses of NAC 2x/day. Except I ran out of NAC yesterday, making today a bit of a struggle to feel well enough oxygenated, and impossible to get deep breaths. I didn’t take the thymus for my lungs or sinuses but the only thing I had had for about 3 hours was water and 2 thymus pills. My sinuses are wide open and the contrast was so surprising - I had no idea they were that impaired! My lungs opened up and quite suddenly are ventilating properly. I can’t explain what the happy trigger is that allowed all of this to correct itself in just one hour, but I’m breathing freely in weather that normally wouldn’t allow it. If I start swallowing normally again I’ll update my post.
