If you are either then this is the product for you! If you enjoy pushing yourself to the limits of your paid tolerance look no further than this mat. I use it without a shirt and gives me about all I can take. 15 minutes later though, my back is filled with warmth and all that pain is gone. It's actually great for pain management if you can get past the initial shredding of your back. You could also purchase it for someone else, that you either love or hate, and then take extreme pleasure watching them whimper for the first 5 minutes on the mat. They will even thank you for it, after it's all said and done, so it's really a win/win for everyone involved. I will give this warning though: be very careful packing and unpacking this mat. It's not difficult to cut a finger on the beautiful flower petals that adorn it.
