This product is incredible. I’ve been chasing a slightly elevated liver enzyme (ALT, 0-41 is normal) for almost 3 years. Due to an ultra-high protein diet, high stress, extreme physical activity, and low rest, my ALT levels hovered between low 60s to as high as 120 since late 2012. NAC, calcium-D glucarate; nothing else reduced my ALT. Within ten days on TUDCA, my ALT is down to 27. I sleep much better, I recuperate much better, and I feel much better overall. TUDCA has a ton of other benefits besides just helping as a bile agent. Read up on it. This particular product works wonders for me and I will keep it as a permanent item in my daily regimen.
