When I first opened the pack to look at the material, I was pleasantly surprised. I thought when I ordered the set it would be more of that rougher waffle material. Nope...it's a very smooth silkly material, and keep me very warm. They are a very thick 55% cotton\45% polyester material not see through at all. I did have a little problem with the sizing. I have rated them as fit somewhat small, but it`s really just the top that's a little snug. However, if you do not want a tight fit and would rather have loose pajamas then I would recommend indeed going up a size. The pants I can move around great in, that's why I don't want to exchange it for a bigger size. As with other thermal underwear sets, this one is form fitting on me and feels nice. The material is super soft and comfortable to wear it. As you can see from my photos, the top sleeves are a bit short, but that doesn't bother me. I`m a size 8 pants, medium top, and 34C chest, and I ordered a small/navy set. I ordered a small because I wanted them to be tight. Overall, great quality material thermal set. I absolutely love how comfortable they are. I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review, and I hope it helps.
