I bought this right after the first great toilet paper hoarding of 2020 due to the COVID. Toilet paper consumption by my household dramatically dropped to fractions of what it was. You still need to use toilet paper, unless you don’t mind waiting to air dry, to dab the posterior area after washing but the amount is significantly less. Installation was easy and minimal tools needed to get the job done. Instructions were clear as to what was required and they were easy to follow. I am now prepared for the next COVID toilet paper hoarding. I did not notice much of a difference in my water bill either, it is fairly negligible as to the amount it went up before and after installation.
