I have dealt with anxiety for a few years now. For a few months I was on medicine for it but did not like the side effects. I received this product 4 days ago. One of my most annoying issues with anxiety is the heart palpitations that are nonstop. The first day I took this it helped with the palpitations by about 50%. The next day I took a dose in the morning and around noon a had a few palpitations, took another dose and they went away. So far if I use it 3-4x a day I get the relief I have been looking for. I don't feel it is mood altering at all, so if people are looking for that then this product probably isn't for you. But if you are suffering from anxiety that does affect your body physically, I say give it a try. I am so glad I found it.
