My lifestyle has been quite sedentary lately due to the pandemic and taking care of my newborn. I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been so I decided to start working out again. Exercising on my treadmill has been a struggle due to my lack of stamina from months of neglect, and that’s when I decided to get a stationary bike to ease the transition. I’ve been very happy with my purchase and I wish I would’ve gotten it sooner. Assembling the bike was a breeze as I only needed to screw in a few major components; the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Multiple adjustable parts give me plenty of options to achieve my most comfortable position. This bike is heavy and feels very sturdy when I’m using it. Most importantly, the bike runs very quiet so I don’t have to exercise around my newborn’s sleeping schedule! I currently have the bike set up in the corner of my living room so I could distract myself with my favorite TV show. I couldn’t do the same with my treadmill due to its size and noise level. Exercising on a stationary bike has been a much more enjoyable experience for me compared to the treadmill. The bike will be my go to for cardio going forward.
