I don't know why, but I never thought about looking for a 玉子焼き (tamagoyaki) pan on Amazon. I was actually looking for something else, and the image/picture of this tamagoyaki pan popped up underneath. I am SO glad that I bought this pan, this is just like the one my mom used to use, or even better! I have a gas stove top, but the pan (according to the packaging - pictures attached) is good for all other surfaces. The pan is non-stick, and very easy to wash and rinse clean. I used a little bit of sesame oil to give my tamagoyaki extra flavor, added some salt & pepper, and green onions. I cooked the last layer the bit longer because I like it crispy on the outside. I am not a good cook (really, I am not...), but even I was able to make a very fluffy tamagoyaki. I am SO proud of myself thanks to the pan! I would recommend this product to anyone, buy with confidence!
