Some reviews claim this scale is not accurate. I would guess it's user error. I ship from 1 pound to 70 pounds and it's matched what the FedEx scale says. There is a calibration mode if you find that it is not accurate. Mine was accurate when it arrived. The cord for the display is a little short but certainly does the job. If I had a proper place to mount the display the cord length would not be an issue. The scale works in pounds and kilograms and the display shows the time when the scale is not being used. I did not notice the scale timing out too soon for my needs. EDIT: August 30 2020 Has been working just fine and is accurate compared to Fed Ex scale. No issues with this at all. EDIT again May 6th 2020 - Got a email saying 50 people found this review helpful. Figured I'd update again to say that this scale continues to work as I have said in previous review.
