I would give it 5 stars if it didn’t claim to have anti-slip grip handles. If you use it long enough to the point where you feel the burn you are looking for in a workout, the grip will slip. Does it make it more challenging - sure. Overall, I really like it. If they could improve the grip, hands down it would be worth the money. I’ve used other versions of this exercise equipment before, and this one stands out for its ability to hit multiple multiple muscles depending on the technique you use.
