I am not one to write reviews, but I am so happy with these cameras! Absolutely LOVE my SMONET cameras! So easy to install...Just mount and drill a hole to route power and plug in. The cameras are already pre-programmed to connect immediately. Customer service is on-point. So responsive...i leave an email at night, the next morning there is a response. Had an issue with a camera that was very far outside my garage. Grace (customer service) sent me a new longer 10db antenna immediately at no charge!. Also showed me there is a "repeater" function to link/jumper camera antennas to get better signal for far antennas. So awesome! Worked like a charm with detailed instructions and photos to my email. 4 cameras are up and running smoothly. i have been testing remotely watching them from my desk at work. Next task is to install the remaining 4 and i am in business.You can rewind up to 30 days and replay whatever you want. this 2TB harddrive is fantastic! It already comes installed and ready, just plug in and plug in the cameras and you are ready to go!. Updating software and firmware is so easy on the menu, just click and updates on its own. In the instructions it shows how to replace the harddrive if it ever fails. Looks simple enough just replace and the software takes care of the rest. I highly recommend these cameras over any other brand.
