We have a super tiny little studio with room for only one twin bed. This folding cot was a perfect option to create a second sleeping area that can be easily folded up and placed in the corner during the day when the area is being used for other purposes. PROS 1. It was shipped immediately when we ordered and arrived very quickly. 2. It was well packaged and easy to open. 3. When it's folded up, the mattress is placed inside on the bottom part of the cot where the legs fold down. A clamp holds it in the folded position. To use, simply release the clamp, remove the mattress, unfold and flip over the cot frame and lay the mattress on top. 4. The mattress and canvas support frame attached by springs around the edges is very soft. There are no bars or other objects poking through the mattress. 5. It's light and easy to move. 6. It's surprisingly compact. We have managed to fold it up and place it behind a full length curtain where it is barely visible during the day. CONS 1. It might be soft for some people who prefer hard mattresses. This can be easily remedied by placing a board underneath the mattress. 2. It didn't arrive with the advertised carry bag. Overall, this cot is a great value for the money and I am super happy!
