I would actually like to give 4.5 stars if I could, but unfortunately I can't. I just barely started using the product and for now it's working as promised. The looks are great too. The reason why I'm knocking off a star is because of a minor design issue, at least in my opinion. I'm an engineer and on top of that, a bit picky, so please keep this in mind. The design issue is in regards to the 2 receptacles...do you see how they're oriented? If I were to plug in one of those bulky, "brick" type adapters that are polarized (can plug in only 1 way in the outlet), then I would have no way to plug in another device on the other outlet. So after asking some questions and getting the following response from the seller: Hi, Gevork, Sorry that you can't dismantle it and rotate the outlets. Regards, TROND Customer Care I decided to go ahead and dismantle and rotate the outlets anyway. Here are some pictures. So far though, works as advertised.
