UDPATE: Have had for almost 2 years now - absolutely no problems! Frame has been able to "withstand" everything ;) Able to store many boxes underneath (tvs, picture frames, monitors, etc) with no problem. Only hiccup with a low-rise mattress is if you have a robotic vacuum and oversized top sheets - you'll need to pickup the corners of the comforter/sheets from the floor so the Roomba doesn't get stuck (not the fault of the product whatsoever, just some helpful advice!). So far so good! Great little bed frame. Allows our little 10 lb pomeranian to jump on and off the bed as she pleases throughout the night, and it eliminates our worry of her falling off the bed all together. This specific frame also allows our Roomba under our bed while also being a low platform bed frame. Assembly took 30-45 minutes, less than an hour with unpacking and cleaning up packaging included. Easy to assemble, all parts are labelled and have step numbers on them. Using a 12" pillow top mattress + 2 150-175 people sleep on it with no issues with breaking, may update later with update if mattress starts to sag or bedframe doesn't hold up our weight.
