This spray works really well! A stylist showed me once how well it works - she sprayed some on the back of my hand then put the blow dryer on HIGH towards it. The skin around where it was sprayed got hot but where the spray was, I couldn't even feel the heat. So imagine how helpful it is to prevent damage to your hair! I always use it whenever I apply heat to my hair to prevent further damage. Make sure to buy it through Amazon though, because the store I was initially looking to buy it from charged double what Amazon charges.
