Perfect if you contain the spray with a second straw.
Bought for skin tag and bump removal that the dermatologist won't remove because they don't present a cancer threat. The spray is very wide, so spraying directly is out of the question. Nor is this near as cold as dermatology liquid nitrogen, so it requires a trick or two to keep the area cold long enough to work. Q tips might work. I used a straw, which takes two hands, so if it's for your own arm, you'll want the help of a competent friend/family member. We applied the straw on the area, pressing hard enough to contain the spray, then sprayed into the straw and kept adding spray as needed so that it burned for about 30-60 seconds (depending on depth needed). You can hear the liquid bubbling as it off gasses, so listen for it to quit, and add more or stop as needed. Once off gassing stops, the straw is frozen to the skin, so use your fingers to warm it up, and it will fall away. We did five spots with 100% success.
