I have owned Multiple Yeti can coolers... When I saw this I thought, "Half price? Why not?!" Well, let me tell you about this can cooler from someone who didn't just open the box and review it but has had it at the job site everyday in 90 degree weather for the last month. This bad boy can take a beating! I'll include pics so you can see that it has been through heck and back and has nothing more than some light scratches. I'm talking, this thing gets dropped (knocked off) something everyday and into the concrete, dirt, rocks, you name it. In fact, I decided to write this review today because it took a nasty tumble off a ladder when someone inadvertently picked it up to move it without realizing my can cooler was on it. Smashed the top of the can... Cooler unharmed. As far as keeping drinks cool, this does EXACTLY what the Yeti does. It is the same concept, the same design, all made from the same materials. I have it in the sun all day and I simply transfer drinks from my big ice chest in the can cooler and every time I pick it up and take a sip it's still icy cold. As far as looks, it is sleek and silver. You can easily add your own sticker to it as I'm thinking of doing... Just for a little flare. I also wondered if bottles work in it much like you probably are, yes, yes they do. The black cap fits snugly on top and as long as you hold the top down and allow it to catch onto the actual steel cooler rivets it'll tighten right on and you're ready to roll. I don't mean you have to force it on at all, I just mean you may have to guide it to start. Taking it off is a breeze regardless of whether you have a can or a bottle in it. There is no sweating through the steel either so there is no issue with losing grip because of the dew buildup. All in all, unless you like throwing away money, buy this bad boy for half the price of the Yeti and you'll be happy you did.
