I have two of these shoe racks in my walk-in closet and can't imagine life without them. I don't use them as illustrated, which takes some explaining. I've included a photo so you can see the results. In the manufacturer's photo, they suggest putting the tiers on the pole so they face upwards -- but that would mean the shoes would end up facing the pole. I want to see my shoes, and I want the high heels securely supported. To achieve that, I simply reversed things, putting the tiers on facing downwards. That way, high heels face out and display beautifully!
