The sound quality won’t match what you’ll find today but remember this is the quality of the cassette tapes. I have been using the player to break out some old learn German tapes and it hasn’t let me down yet. I am quite pleased with it. You can either plug it in or put two AA batteries in it. You can choose to use headphones or not which is nice too. Soon with the help of Audacity I will convert these tapes to CD.
