The case arrived minutes ago and I have it installed. Overall it's a good case, well made and gives a superior amount of protection to the phone itself. I feel like I could drop it on the ground and it will be fine. This was the case for my OtterBox Defender on my iPhone 5, I dropped it dozens of times and never any damage. The only problem I have with this case is what others have pointed out with their cases...there's a gap between the screen protector and the screen itself, they don't sit flat against each other. I'm tempted to cut the plastic screen cover off and leave the screen exposed, maybe put a Zagg skin on it and rely on the OtterBox for overall fall protection. The fingerprint scanner works fine, no issues. The port holes all look clean and close tight. The holster, I don't want or need, do you want mine? Overall I give it 4 stars. I'm used to the gap between the screen protector and the screen, but some might find that to be a dealbreaker. For me, the protection is top notch and since I tend to drop my phones, I need maximum protection. Note: I purchased this case from OtterBox direct, before it sold out on their website. UPDATE: It's day 2 and the gap between the screen and the screen protector is actually annoying me. On my iPhone 5 the gap was minimal and tolerable, this gap indicates a lack of thorough testing and iterating on the best design by OtterBox. Rating lowered to 3 stars as a result. UPDATE: 5-29-15 - many months later I'm raising my rating from 3 stars back to 4. I'm doing this because despite the flawed screen cover design, the rest of the case provides enough protection for me to not even need a screen protector. I carry my phone everywhere, I've dropped it, etc., and no issues. It's a really good case even without the screen cover.
