I purchased this last November and waited until I knew for sure if this product worked. OMG! IT'S AMAZING!! Got the lab reports to prove it. I'm clinically diagnosed with celiac. Can't seem to absorb much nutrition at all unless it's sublingual or liquid. Yes, it's hard to get out. Either take the attached dropper off or place the rim of the bottle against your lips and give a quick suck which is what i do since I'm the only one taking it or drop it on the back of your hand and lick it. I prefer to former method because I think it's better absorbed under the tongue. I purchased 3 different brands. Tried each for a month and had labs done with each. The other two brands did raise my labs some, but levels were still not optimal. This brand in particular was the ONLY brand where I could actually feel a noticeable difference(in 3 days!), but was still surprised to find just how much it raised my vit. D level clinically. I'm now well within the normal range and feel so much better. No real taste, but is a bit oily. Honestly, it could taste like chicken urine and I'd still take it. The change it's made in my life is THAT significant. Please don't let the price steer you away from this brand. It's worth every cent and the bottle lasts a very long time. As an added note, my doctor wrote the brand name down and is now suggesting it to his other patients. He was THAT impressed with my results.
