I'm all about ergonomics and how a tool operates in my hand. I would have given this product a 4 if not for the poor placement of the steam button. I use the steam often but due to the button being placed on the right side( the spray is on the Left ), it makes the iron not as user friendly as it could have been. gripping the handle required a slight tilt outward. You will understand if you purchase and are right handed. Now this is being a little picky, but there is a lot of choice out there and this would have been a deal breaker if I had tried it out ahead of time. Update : I should have updates soon after I wrote the original review. Shortly after posting original review , Black+Decker reaches out and offered me a replacement and one that hey thought would better fit my needs. It arrived one week later and was perfect. All they asked was that I donate iron to worthy cause, which I did. Can’t say enough about there customer service and quality of iron. Very pleased
