"The Lecithin liquid and powder is produced from European sourced sunflower seeds. We obtain our lecithin from a renowned lecithin manufacturer which removes acetone during the evaporation & purification process, with typical residues below 1 ppm. This would not present a health or safety issue as the material would be 99.999999 % free of solvent residue. We know because we have a 40 million dollar analytical lab staffed by 150 scientist s and lab techs who test for residual solvents in raw materials and finished products such as lecithin to ensure high quality."
