I bought this to replace an old countertop convection toaster oven mostly because it had a similar small footprint. I'm glad I did. It can do everything the full-size countertop ovens can, yet it's less expensive and simple to operate. The pizza stone set is really useful, though sized for a medium pizza as opposed to a large. For a family of four, that's automatic portion control and a reason to actually eat the salad I always make. The air fryer function is great, as are the baking, toast and bagel settings. I haven't tried all the others, so I can't rate them, but I will say that while dehydrating food is definitely possible, the directions probably need a few tweaks as our results looked nothing like the picture. I especially love that the crumb tray is nonstick. It's much safer than my old oven that I could never seem to get clean. Do be advised that if you leave this plugged in all the time, the transformer will make a high pitched whine. It's not a defect; just annoying. Alll in all, I'm really pleased with this purchase.
