I have gone through 4 previous touchless soap dispensers and all worked AT FIRST, and then eventually ceased, died, or wouldn't dispense more than a tiny drop at first. Very frustrating. THIS model by Everlasting is GREAT! It dispenses either just a little or a lot, you decide, and it's pretty consistent so far and because of this, I just ordered a second one for my guest bathroom. Easy battery compartment (4 AAs, not 2 as described), and very easy to open and fill. I like this a lot and happy with the purchase. Time will tell but right now, it's a positive review!
