Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My item arrived with lightning speed although it was shipped across the country. It comes about 95% assembled...you just have to unwrap the grease pan, flame tamers, and grate and put them where they belong. I used pure lard to season the grate because it leaves no residue when placed over high temps. Bought this item specifically to use in Winter on the leeward (South) side of our house after our large grill is put away. Tried it out last night for the 1st time...yes, I had to grill using a flashlight since it gets dark early now! VERY happy with the performance and with the quality of the grill. No sharp edges, heavy-duty grates, quality stainless steel, all the parts fit securely, AND I had no trouble at all attaching the hose and it lit up right away. The only thing I am going to add is a layer of ceramic BBQ bricks for that over-the-top professional grade grilling. Update here...after 3 months of using it. During the Polar Vortex we had from Dec 20 through Jan 15 the pressure regulator froze and when it thawed out, the propane did not feed properly. Contacted the seller and they made it right IMMEDIATELY! I give 5 Stars to this seller for their product AND their Customer Service!!
