I recently purchased this kit for my boyfriend for Christmas as he has been looking for beard care products for quite some time, but didn’t want to spend too much money on something he may not like. He is also very busy and never had time to research different products that he would like. I had a lot more free time, and decided that this would be the perfect gift for him as I had time to research different products. I wanted to get him something that was unscented and came with many small samples for him to try. In addition, the product had to be under $20 in order to fit within my college student budget. Finally, I wanted something that was high quality and could be used for many years. After reading reviews for many beard care kits, I stumbled across this kit and found many positive reviews, and I feel that they are all justified. This kit came with everything someone who wanted to grow a beard would need to get started. Everything was clean and came in great condition. The results from this kit have been impressive already. My boyfriend’s beard looks much fuller than it did just a month ago. It also is very soft and isn’t scratchy anymore. He says that his skin is smoother than it was before he received this kit, and uses the boar bristle brush daily to detangle and prevent split ends. And it is not only him who enjoys the kit, I have also found it very useful. I cut his hair, and recently tried the beard scissors that comes with the kit. The scissors are incredibly high quality and did a fantastic job of cutting. This was very important as I was trimming his moustache and had to be very careful! In addition, the beard oil has done a fantastic job of hydrating his skin underneath the beard and he no longer has dry, flaky skin. The only downside is that the samples are small, so I know I will need to go hunting for beard care products again soon. But that is hardly an issue as I know what he likes now and don’t have to worry about getting a large bottle of something only for him to hate it. Overall, I believe this is the perfect kit to purchase if you want a cheap sample kit that is high quality for the bearded man in your life. All of the products are sturdy and have shown no signs of wear after a month of use. The samples are the perfect size to get started with, and hopefully he will enjoy the results just as much as my boyfriend has!
