This is good for the office as it lasts for ever and far superior to dry creamer in taste and digestion (at least from my perspective). The problem is that it lasts forever. What does that tell you? Nothing natural lasts forever. There are 3g of sugar in a teaspoon and some chemicals that I am sure over long term cant be great for you. This means dieters and diabetics... steer clear. The rest of you youngsters, have at it. You will probably burn it off in all your shenanigans and tom foolery! Hang on, "GET OFF MY LAWN". Okay, where was I? The Pump comes per bottle. if you order a double pack you get two. This should expire around a month and I never had a pump go bad with use. I broke a pump initially trying to figure out it's assembly, but once you see the trick (or actually read the directions) it is pretty easy. Now please Nestle, find a way to do this with stevia or more natural ingredients. Kudo's on the ingenuity and problem solving though.
