Compared to other Vitamin D supplements, this one lasts much longer with dosages up to around a year versus a few months. That being said, the concentration of Vitamin D is lower than the competition, so you may need to take a double dosage per day to equate to one pill. Since I take so many supplements in pill form, I am also grateful that I can take this one via drops. It sort of tastes like pine trees (not something you would eat) but I certainly don't mind the taste in a few drops. I was surprised when it arrived in a stylish round box. Overall, I would buy this product again.
