The best part about this sleeping pad is that you don't have to blow at all to inflate! It's a really innovative feature and I think that if any other sleeping pad does not have this feature then don't buy that because it will leave you out of breath for sure even if they say so otherwise. I have taken pictures of it next to a standard exercise mat to show the size of this mat. I used it for camping and it was really comfortable to sleep on it. You will not feel any bumps on the ground as the air cushioning is very good. It is also very easy to deflate and get it back into the carrying pouch. The inflating bag can also be used as an extra bag to carry any of the extra stuff you want and it has the same design like a dry bag. So it's like getting an extra bag for free!
