This phone has worked pretty well for me considering I have very poor hearing along with hearing nerve damage that affects tone. I like the volume control button along with "audio assist" button. Both of these features allow me to struggle through most calls that would otherwise be a total failure. The number's on the keypad are big & screen is pretty good. In fact, I'm thinking of buying another one for our garage!
