I own a kombucha business and ordered these for the Farmers' Market. My kombucha is kept ice cold! Customers can get their own samples which saves me time and money on sample cups. These shipped very quickly. They work very well. No issues with clogging and the pump buttons don't stick. Locking and unlocking are very easy. The actual boxes were a little mangled, but the shipping boxes were fine. They arrived in great working order and I haven't had one issue with them. I will say, the company was extremely pro-active about reaching out to me if I had any issues with the products to let them know directly. Top notch customer service!
