First time in the tub and it was right. then the heater kicked in and made it too hot. Had to find the right temp and then it was easy sailing. The rollers in the middle do move on their own as well the round ones. You can set the speed and or pulses and it is little pulses . If you just lay your feet in there and relax, the round rollers will spin your feet around at different areas of the feet and it is lovely. I would normally have sore feet for two days but I was relieved right after the foot message bath. Great product.
