These external battery cases are always hit or miss it seems. This case definitely died faster than normal. I didn't even use the external battery to charge the phone; the phone would no longer charge with the case installed. When trying to actually the use the case, all the lights are lit but the phone does not charge. *UPDATE* - I had purchased two of these in the off chance that one might die quickly and sure enough, it had. The second one only holds a two bar charge and does not even charge further than that. *UPDATE 2* Customer service texted me wanting to make it right and shipped out two new cases. I may have gotten a defective couple the first go around. Seems to be lasting longer. Will update this further down the road.
