We ordered this device to install in my elderly mother’s vehicle. She has dementia, but is able to drive. We want to be able to keep up with her. It was easy to set up on computer and use on our phones. Installing it in the vehicle was simple. We have used it in two different vehicles without a problem. We receive notifications when she leaves or returns home...enters certain zones we have set up and leaves those zones, plus shows where she actually parks in a parking lot. Amazing.
