I usually put turmeric, ACV, and black pepper for absorption in my daily smoothies but it sometimes Changes the flavor. With this capsule now I don’t have to do that! I have taken this now for 2 days and like it so far. Some how it makes your system feel cleaner and more refreshed. And I just love the convenience of it being in a capsule. Also, the fact the capsule is not gelatin is what really sold me since I am Vegan. Would definitely recommend!
