Typical Chinese unit, more accurate than most
Despite what they're leading you to believe, this is Chinese made. I recently bought a new Snap On unit and it to is made in China. The problem with the Snap On, despite what they say, if you forget to turn it off, it runs the batteries dead. I got sick of it and bought this thing. I gave it 4 stars because it's obviously very good quality unlike most Chinese junk. But it didn't get five because of question number one I know is false. And the company is more than happy to let you believe it. They probably posted it. Repeat people, this is NOT German made.
