Looked great but the adjustments were very hard to turn and adjust for both. I tend to switch the courseness of salt and pepper. I returned them. UPDATE: I posted the above review and was contacted by EC directly and have never had such a great customer service experience. They sent at no cost to me new ones that were tested by QC to make sure they worked fine which they do. I think my salt may be to hard for easy turning which is why no 5 star but the company and Steve is surely a 5. Thank you.
