We bought this slide in March for our daughters, ages 3 and 7. It’s the perfect size and they love it! After only 4 months of having our slide it ended up getting a large tear in it at the platform where you climb up the side. All manufacturer directions and requirements had been followed and the only users of our slide were our kids. The tear was much too large to repair, despite our best efforts to do so, so we contacted Amazon and the seller to inquire if anything could be done. Within a couple of weeks our defective slide was replaced with a new one! Costzon’s customer service was superb and we are highly satisfied with them and this product - highly recommend!
