I have big a big manual chopper but unless I'm making something that has several items to chop it is a pain to get it out to use for just a couple of small items like herbs, onion, garlic, etc. so I've been using a chef knife for these. I am very nervous doing this because I take a blood thinner and have to be very careful that I don't cut myself. Years ago I had a small 1 cup chopper that you pushed down on the handle to chop so I was looking for something like that when I found this little gem. So very happy that I found it. It is exactly what I needed!! Be sure to read the instructions before using it because you should charge it first. A USB cord is included but there is no adapter to plug it into. It seems that no one is including those anymore. It would be convenient to have one to keep with it instead of having to go find one when you want to use the chopper. But that's not a serious problem since I was able to find an extra one that I can now store with the chopper. A word of caution when using it. It works very quickly and if you run it too long you will end up with much smaller pieces than you wanted. I really like this little gadget and highly recommend it. It's a time saver and a great safety device to avoid cuts.
