I found this product accidentally. I was googling the word 'svelte' for its spelling. Just under the definition was the reference to Svelte Organic Protein Shakes. I'm not a protein drink person because I have found them to taste mostly like liquid cardboard. Their description of 'made with only the highest quality organic ingredients', however, sent me to their website to check out their product. They had me at 'cappuccino'. I bought the fewest I could to find out if I would like the taste. I will now order the larger number. The cappuccino is delicious. And that's what I'll stay with because I know I'll drink it. Satisfying, both in taste and consistency. No cardboard taste. I'm very pleased with the way the numbers crunch. One of the worst diet fallacies is the whole idea of 'no-fat'. We need some fat for many reasons, and the 7g is perfect in the way it balances with 11 g of protein and 180 total calories. I use it for lunch. So glad I 'accidentally' found it.
